Decrease Your Risk for COPD
- Do not smoke

- Wear a mask or respirator when working around dust, chemicals, paints and solvents (varnish, paint thinners, adhesives, inks, refrigerant/coolants, etc.)
- Limit outdoor activity when ozone levels are high; check with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for daily ozone levels across the U.S.
